Associate Attorney

The associate will work on high-impact environmental cases representing states, counties, cities, and non-profits. Our associates take a leadership role in cases, including investigating and analyzing legal claims, engaging in all facets of discovery, interviewing fact witnesses and scientific experts, drafting motions, briefs, and other pleadings, appearing and arguing in state and federal court, and preparing for and trying cases. Annual compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000, depending on experience and geographic location.
