Role Description Work with business stakeholders to update and manage business continuity plans, including the execution of business impact analyses and documentation of recovery strategies. Assist in the planning of BC/IT Disaster Recovery Testing and complete recovery strategy testing (manual workaround, recovery seat, transference) with relevant stakeholders Perform regular risk assessments of business practices to identify severity and likelihood of loss in case of disaster. Assist with crisis coordination, data gathering, and business continuity communications during disruptive events Handle routine administration of business continuity software and tools. Provide metrics and reporting. Qualifications and Skills Ability to cultivate internal network of support partners in Cyber, IT, Third-Party and Operational Resilience to spot operational gaps and vulnerabilities and enhance the overall resilience of the firm. Establish relationships with business stakeholders across all departments and regions to foster collaboration and completion of BCM initiatives. Familiarity with data tools (Microsoft Office Suite) required. Familiarity of Crisis Communication Tools (Everbridge) and Planning Tools (Fusion) a plus. Understanding of business processes to drive improved execution of BCM responsibilities. 3 to 5 plus years of Business Continuity experience preferred.  Exposure to Financial Institutions a plus.
