Aprio is seeking a Business Valuation Associate to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial practice where you will contribute to sophisticated valuation engagements across a diverse portfolio of top-tier clients.

You will assess the financial and operational factors that drive valuation decisions from investment, regulatory, and strategic perspectives — evaluating value at both the enterprise and individual security levels. In this role, you will build broad technical expertise, apply critical thinking to complex challenges, and grow your career supported by experienced professionals who are invested in your success.

• Hands-on experience with sophisticated valuation engagements involving assets such as performing and non-performing loans, preferred equity, and common equity
• Direct exposure to top-tier clients including private equity firms, corporate clients, and financial institutions across a wide range of industries
• Accelerated career development through broad, varied valuation experience and engagement with complex, high-impact problems
• Continuous support, mentorship, and structured feedback from a team of seasoned valuation professionals
• An entrepreneurial environment that encourages independent thinking, innovation, and professional growth

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of business valuation experience, or relevant coursework and/or internship experience in valuation and financial modeling
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
• Motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with a strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
• Preferred: 1–2 years of consulting experience in a finance-related function
• Preferred: Active progress toward or completion of professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ASA, CPA)
