Company Description

Overview

Epsilon is seeking an Associate, Client Integrations Engineer to participate in our New Grad Program. This is a unique hybrid role that combines aspects of a web technologist, consultant, business analyst, and solutions architect. It requires understanding clients’ marketing goals and tailoring Epsilon’s technology to achieve those goals through affiliate, media and agency platforms. You will be involved at many stages of the client lifecycle from onboarding to campaign execution to ongoing client support. This can include developing scripts and process data feeds to support new client initiatives or maintain client-specific codebase for campaigns.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Achieve

  • Impact: Be involved with all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, project management, implementation, automated test setup and maintenance.
  • Career Growth: Integrate marketers into the Epsilon system: design, develop, and test technical solutions based on clients’ business requirements.

Epsilon’s New Grad Program

As a participant in the New Grad Program you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career at Epsilon. You will participate in professional and job specific training, receive formal mentorship, and have the opportunity to network and engage with various associates from all levels in the organization.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring with you:

  • The desire to learn new technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to research issues never before encountered
  • Solid understanding of programming concepts and languages including HTML and SQL preferred

Why you might stand out from other talent:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related technical discipline
  • Internship experience with web applications or solid technical background a plus
  • Superb communication and client-facing skills with abilities to convey technical aspects to a non-technical audience
