What we're looking for?

• UK-qualified commercial focussed lawyer (or holds a similar certification in a common law jurisdiction) to join our Commercial team
• 2 - 4 years PQE
• Is tech-savvy and has experience with tech solutions
• Has a great sense of humour and is a team player
• Has excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Has strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Has experience advising clients outside the jurisdiction of qualification such as Europe and the Middle East
• Is able to draft, review and advise on a broad spectrum of commercial and technology agreements
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, both the technology and its regulation
• Has had exposure to data protection and intellectual property contractual matters and may have knowledge of consumer law
• Is an independent thinker capable of giving decisive advice that has both legal and business implications but knows when to escalate to more senior lawyers
• Wants to take on responsibility in a supportive environment
• Wants to help build a new firm that is growing extremely quickly
• Is entrepreneurial to their core and ferociously champions their clients' interests
