Associate - Commercial Litigation (Hybrid) #ESF8151

What you will be doing:

• Work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities.
• Provide strong research, writing, and advocacy writing support for complex commercial litigation matters.
• Manage cases and support litigation strategy through oral arguments, depositions, and discovery.
• Handle party and third-party discovery responsibilities as part of the litigation team.

Experience you will need:

• 2–3 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Very strong research, writing, and advocacy writing skills.
• Case management experience.
• Experience taking the lead in oral arguments.
• Experience taking and/or defending depositions.
• Significant party and third-party discovery experience.
• J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.
• Admission in good standing with the Texas Bar, or taking steps to become admitted in Texas.
