In this role you represent Vistex and assure the clients not only with your wide, specialized knowledge but also with your communication skills and your service orientation. Responsibilities: Preparing resources for the next project including training, resume formatting, executing project onboarding needs. Review, maintain and update knowledge at SharePoint. Review and update to recent Power Point templates. Review and update training material. Loading of templates and master data in SAP Clients. Provides document support, including creation, proofreading, submission, and fact-checking. Crop data research. Periodic statistics on delivery area activities. Administrative assistance duties related to delivery area. Experience Required Proficient in SharePoint experience. Diligent in project completion and any other tasks given. Highly proficient in MS Office with advanced excel (pivot table, lookup and other advanced excel formulas, macros, advanced charting, formula error and reference handling etc.), Word and PowerPoint. Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills Diligent in project completion, and any other tasks given Proven ability to be both a team player and work independently Self-motivated, team-minded entrepreneurial attitude Preferred 2 years: years of experience in admin duties.
