Associate, Content | Fixed-Term, Up to 1-Year Help create meaningful patient communications that make a real impact. At Reverba, we believe that patient voices should be heard, respected, and reflected in the work that shapes healthcare experiences. We are looking for an Associate, Content to support the development of clear, accurate, and engaging patient-facing communications and educational materials for healthcare and pharmaceutical programs. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career content professional who loves writing, thrives on organization, welcomes feedback, and wants to grow in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You do not need to be a healthcare expert on day one, but you should bring curiosity, attention to detail, and a sincere interest in learning how communications can support patients, advocates, clients, and internal teams. About the Role As an Associate, Content, you will help develop and manage patient-facing materials such as emails, recruitment scripts, onboarding content, educational resources, and other program communications. You will work closely with senior content team members, account teams, creative partners, and other internal collaborators to ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, well-written, and aligned with client and regulatory expectations. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects. You will support content development, help move materials through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes, and track details across multiple deadlines and platforms, including Veeva or similar document management systems. Over time, you will build confidence and independence, with the opportunity to take ownership of smaller workstreams as your skills grow. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Draft and revise patient-facing communications, including emails, recruitment materials, scripts, onboarding content, and educational resources. Support the development of clear, accurate, audience-appropriate content aligned with client needs and program goals. Apply strong writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality deliverables. Help shepherd materials through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes. Submit, track, and maintain documentation for materials in Veeva or other document management platforms. Manage assigned tasks, timelines, and competing deadlines with strong attention to detail. Collaborate with internal content, creative, account, and project teams to keep work moving forward. Listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and incorporate feedback from senior team members. Follow established internal processes, documentation standards, and quality control procedures. Build familiarity with healthcare, pharmaceutical, and patient engagement communications. What We’re Looking For We are especially interested in candidates who bring the following strengths: Strong writing ability You can communicate clearly, thoughtfully, and professionally. You care about word choice, structure, accuracy, tone, and the needs of the audience. You are comfortable drafting content and revising it based on feedback. Coachability and growth mindset You are open to learning, curious about how to improve, and able to receive feedback without defensiveness. You can reflect on past experiences and share examples of how you have grown through guidance, revision, or constructive input. Organization and process management You can manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines at once. You are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to create order in a fast-moving environment. Communication and collaboration You are responsive, professional, and thoughtful in how you work with others. You listen well, ask clarifying questions, and communicate proactively when priorities shift or support is needed. Interest in healthcare and pharma Prior healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is helpful, but not required. More important is a genuine interest in patient engagement, healthcare communications, and learning the regulatory considerations that shape this work. Qualifications Successful candidates will typically have: A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 0–2 years of relevant experience in content, communications, healthcare communications, biopharmaceutical marketing, public relations, advocacy relations, or a related area. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfort working remotely and collaborating across teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with AMA Style, regulatory review processes, Veeva, or healthcare/pharma communications is a plus, but not required. Why Join Reverba? At Reverba, you will join a team that values collaboration, curiosity, accountability, and the power of patient-centered communication. You will have the opportunity to build practical content, project management, and regulatory review experience while contributing to work that supports meaningful healthcare engagement. We offer: A remote work environment. Opportunities to learn from experienced content, client service, creative, and healthcare communications professionals. Exposure to patient engagement, advocacy, and pharmaceutical communications. A collaborative culture where feedback is part of growth. Meaningful work that helps elevate patient voices and support healthcare programs. A team environment that values diverse perspectives, inclusive communication, and continuous learning.
