Associate - Corporate M&A

A leading Dublin-based law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (1-3 years' PQE) to join its growing Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile M&A transactions as part of a newly established group during an exciting period of growth.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and general M&A matters. This role offers significant responsibility from day one and is ideally suited to a solicitor looking to accelerate their development within a busy, commercially focused practice.

The Role

• Support on a variety of corporate and M&A transactions, including buy-side, sell-side and joint venture deals.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation and related corporate agreements.
• Prepare completion ancillaries including resolutions, resignation letters, waivers and other supporting documents.
• Manage due diligence processes and virtual data rooms.
• Conduct corporate due diligence reviews on transactional matters.
• Assist with transaction management, completions and post-completion requirements.
• Work alongside experienced lawyers on complex and high-value corporate transactions.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE.
• Strong experience in Corporate M&A gained in private practice.
• Excellent drafting, technical and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially minded with a strong interest in transactional work.
• Energy sector experience is not required.
