We're looking for an Associate to join the Research Operations unit under the Artificial Intelligence and Data Team. The Research Operations team orchestrates the critical "first mile" of our analytical lifecycle. From initializing proxy shells and managing global document procurement to delivering time-sensitive alerts on agenda updates, the team ensures seamless upstream execution. Serving as a pivotal organizational hub, Research Operations acts as the primary liaison for data reconciliation, coverage management, and rigorous audit functions, safeguarding the compliance and integrity of our global operations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Attention to detail with the ability to quickly comprehend complex subjects

The mandate of the Research Operations team encompasses, but is not limited to, the following core functions:
  • Workflow Orchestration: Setting up shells for proxy papers and assigning appropriate workflows to ensure seamless processing.
  • Global Document Procurement: Sourcing and securing critical regulatory and meeting documents across assigned international markets.
  • Real-Time Monitoring & Alerts: Tracking market updates and immediately alerting the Research team regarding agenda amendments or changes.
  • Stakeholder Liaison & Reconciliation: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and streamline reconciliation.
  • Coverage Management: Creation/curation of comprehensive coverage lists for assigned global markets.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Assisting in Reporting and Auditing Functions of Research Operations Team as requested.

As an Associate, Data Research Operations, you will receive comprehensive training on our research methods and standards. This is a fixed term (generally 4-6 months) contract position based in our Makati office, with the opportunity for a hybrid-remote working arrangement.   • Setting up Shells for Proxy Papers, and assigning correct workflows
  • Document Procurement for Assigned Markets
  • Alerting the Research Team in the event of an updated Agenda.
