Purpose of Job This role follows data management best practices to make sure data is accurate and reliable. This role works with the business team in US for gathering requirements and performing quality checks and providing correct data for the business processes. We'll trust you to: Create and maintain correct and reliable data. Ensure best practices are followed for data quality. Identify the issues and provide solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Continuously expand the body of knowledge via research. Comply with corporate quality policies and procedures. Ensure all training requirements are completed on time. You'll need to have: MBA preferred from a reputed university. Candidate should have strong analytical and critical thinking. Proficient in Excel. Ability to understand data structures, identify anomalies and ensure accuracy and integrity. Understanding data sources and their correctness is strongly preferred. DESIRED SOFT SKILLS Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate with business stakeholders. Excellent listening skills to understand business needs. Excellent thinking skills and ability to brainstorm ideas. Ability to work in a team and collaborate across teams. Ability to adapt to changing and increasing workload.
