  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships across the business, using strong influence to align competing priorities and navigate changing environments.

  • Fast-Paced Orchestration: Facilitate rapid project delivery by organizing cross-functional squads around a unified strategy and adaptable execution plan.

  • Financial Oversight: Support the Senior Delivery Manager with business cases, financial forecasting, resource allocation, and budget trade-offs.

  • Agile Governance: Lead key agile ceremonies and planning rhythms, ranging from daily standups and retrospectives to Big Room and annual planning.

  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs to protect delivery timelines.

  • Transparent Communication: Maintain clear alignment by continuously updating delivery roadmaps and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and trade-offs.

What you’ll bring:

  • Consulting & Problem-Solving: Experience in management consulting or structured problem-solving environments, with a proven ability to thrive in ambiguity.

  • Domain Expertise: Exposure to retail, FMCG, supply chain, logistics, or operational environments is strongly preferred.

  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary degree in business, technology, analytics, or a related discipline.
