Summary: Reporting to the Associate Director-Depositary Services, the Associate-Depositary Services will be an integral part of the team’s success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This role will require the Associate-Depositary Services assist the depositary team to deliver monitoring and oversight depository services to a number of alternative investment fund clients (AIFs) or private funds and will include adherence to certain policies and procedures required under the Alternative Investment Fund Manager Directive (AIFMD), the Cayman Private Funds Act (CPF) or other similar depositary related directives as applicable. Key duties include •
Performance and review of daily cash monitoring •
Performance and review of ongoing oversight and sample based controls reviews •
Assisting the team with Client reporting •
Assisting the team to oversee all other Depo-lite related services & requirements

Experience: •
1-2 years experience in funds sector •
Previous work experience or understanding of alternative funds is desirable but not essential •
Previous work experience or understanding of depositary/trustee services is desirable but not essential •
Understanding of operational controls testing is desirable but not essential •
Understanding of AIFMD and related regulatory is desirable but not essential
Education: •
University degree (e.g. Business /Accountancy/Finance desirable)
