Job Purpose:
We are seeking an Associate Digital Product Marketing Manager to join our award-winning Digital Experience team which consists of Digital Marketers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Web Producers.

As a member of a growing team, you will have direct influence on our entire digital ecosystem, and the outcomes that we deliver for our clients and the business. The ideal candidate will strategize and execute digital marketing strategies that focus on fostering client awareness, engagement and acquisition. S/he will leverage customer insights to deliver a useful and personalized client experience resulting in increased consideration, engagement, usage, loyalty and advocacy of our brands across all client segments. We are looking for a hands-on, highly engaged, self-motivated individual to work across departments and the capability to deliver cutting edge digital products that have a direct positive impact on the bottom line.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

· Serve as the direct point of contact for all things digital aligned to strategic business units supporting all go to market initiatives

· Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement by leading cross-functional team that identifies, designs, develops and deploys digital marketing experiences that surprise and delight our clients

· Champion innovation by identifying emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies that can enhance client experience and business outcomes.

· Deep understanding of our CMS platform and MarTech stack to develop experiences designed to meet both client/user needs and business objectives

· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive client awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention across all segments.

· Leverage customer insights to design personalized digital experiences that enhance consideration, loyalty, and advocacy of Invesco’s brands.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Editorial, Content Activation & Enablement, and Web Producers to deliver cohesive and impactful digital initiatives.

· Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness of digital strategies, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. This includes developing optimization strategies including A/B and multi-variate testing

· Partner with our web production team for involvement in end-to-end process for creation of new and updated page content for our digital properties

· Act as a thought leader within the Digital Experience team, sharing best practices and mentoring colleagues to foster a culture of excellence.

Work Experience / Knowledge:

· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or digital product management. Experience within the financial services or a related industry is a plus.

· Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing automation platforms.

· Familiarity with UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate with design teams to deliver client-centric experiences.

· Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

· Ability to translate customer insights into actionable digital marketing strategies.

· Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.

· Demonstrated ability to identify emerging digital trends and apply them to enhance client engagement.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.

· Highly motivated, self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in an agile environment

· Hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.

· Adaptability to work across global markets and diverse client segments.

· Experience with site optimization (i.e., A/B testing, Multivariate testing) and personalization

· Experience and familiarity with Financial Services, Fin-Tech, and/or B2B industries

· Experience and familiarity working with Adobe Marketing Cloud (Experience Manager) or other CMS a plus
