Job Description
You’re not the person who will settle for just any role. Neither are we. Because we’re out to create Better Care for a Better World, and that takes a certain kind of person and teams who care about making a difference. Here, you’ll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.
The Associate Director, Consolidation Systems & Data Integration will lead the consolidation systems, data and technology integration required to combine Kenvue with Kimberly-Clark, migrate to HFM Cloud and enable future S/4 deployments.
This is an Associate Director-level finance systems integration role accountable for the consolidation technology roadmap, HFM Cloud migration, S/4 consolidation impacts, data architecture and controlled implementation for the combined company. The role will provide internal design authority, direct complex cross-functional delivery and reduce reliance on external consultants for future consolidation solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Own the consolidation technology and data integration roadmap supporting the Kenvue acquisition and the future-state combined company reporting environment.
- Serve as the senior finance systems lead connecting Controllership requirements with DTS, Finance Transformation, implementation partners, GBS, FP&A and the Integration Management Office.
- Provide functional and technical leadership for HFM Cloud migration, consolidation architecture, S/4 rollout impacts, data integration, master data and reporting enablement.
- Provide Associate Director-level judgment and prioritization across complex systems, data and process dependencies that directly affect close and external reporting readiness.
- HFM CLOUD AND CONSOLIDATION PLATFORM LEADERSHIP
- Lead the finance design and implementation roadmap for migration to the HFM Cloud environment, including application structure, metadata, rules, interfaces, workflows, controls and cutover readiness.
- Define the target-state consolidation platform requirements needed to support the combined K-C and Kenvue organization, including legal entity, management reporting and external reporting dimensions.
- Direct solution design, testing, defect resolution, conversion, parallel close and stabilization activities in partnership with DTS and implementation teams.
- Ensure the platform design supports scalable consolidations, transparent data lineage, controlled processing and timely close execution.
- Build internal platform knowledge and ownership to reduce dependence on expensive external consultants for consolidation solution design and ongoing transformation.
- S/4 ROLLOUT AND FINANCE DATA INTEGRATION
- Lead consolidation and reporting requirements for future S/4 deployments, including ledger, chart of accounts, master data, intercompany, currency, interface and close dependencies.
- Assess how S/4 design decisions affect HFM Cloud, consolidation rules, reporting hierarchies, data ingestion, reconciliations and downstream financial reporting.
- Coordinate with S/4, DTS, Finance Transformation and business teams to ensure consolidation requirements are incorporated early in design and deployment decisions.
- Define integration patterns and validation routines for data moving from source systems into the consolidation and reporting environment.
- DATA, MASTER DATA AND REPORTING ARCHITECTURE
- Lead finance requirements for entity, account, cost center, product, business and reporting hierarchies used across close, consolidation and management reporting.
- Establish governance for consolidation metadata, mapping, data quality, change control and ownership across the combined company.
- Design data validation, reconciliation and exception-management processes to support complete, accurate and timely reporting.
- Partner with FP&A and SEC Reporting to ensure consolidation architecture and data outputs support management and external reporting requirements.
- CONTROLS, DELIVERY AND STAKEHOLDER LEADERSHIP
- Embed access, change management, interface, reconciliation and processing controls into system and data design in partnership with Internal Controls and Audit.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams, external advisors and technology partners through design, build, testing, deployment and stabilization.
- Create executive-ready roadmaps, decision materials, risk assessments and readiness updates for senior Finance leadership.
- Drive disciplined documentation and knowledge transfer so capabilities transition effectively to internal Finance and DTS owners.
