Job Description
Job Overview
Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Lean-Pro Associate Director for Operations to support senior-level operational leadership for a non-voice healthcare operations environment.
This role is responsible for leading operational priorities, managing cross-functional initiatives, supporting change management, and driving team capability, succession planning, and service delivery alignment.
The ideal candidate is a senior operations leader with strong communication skills, excellent organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while influencing teams and stakeholders across functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support operational priorities across assigned business functions
- Manage cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with business goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Drive operational performance, process improvement, and service delivery standards
- Support change management initiatives and help teams adapt to business or process changes
- Balance multiple priorities while maintaining clear organization, follow-through, and execution discipline
- Lead, guide, and influence teams or stakeholders, including situations where direct authority may not apply
- Support succession planning, team development, and upskilling initiatives
- Prepare operational updates, reports, and recommendations for leadership review
- Ensure workstreams remain aligned with quality, productivity, compliance, and business expectations
Requirements
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level post
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Strong ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced operations environment
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Strong ability to lead and influence others without direct authority
- Strong change management skills
- Experience delivering succession planning and upskilling initiatives
Nice to Have
- Prior U.S. healthcare experience
- Experience in BPO, shared services, healthcare operations, or clinical process outsourcing
- Background in operational transformation, workforce development, or leadership capability-building
