- Identify adoption barriers and mobilize corrective action to embed Access and wider FPP capabilities into routine market operations.
- Strengthen market capability and self-sufficiency through targeted coaching and knowledge sharing.
4. Insights and Value Realization
- Define and track adoption, utilization, data quality, operational performance, patient impact and business outcomes.
- Partner with analytics and data teams to translate FPP data into actionable recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
- Lead a regular value and adoption cadence, tracking outcomes, risks and corrective actions.
5. Governance and Delivery Leadership
- Drive consistent implementation of AP frameworks, playbooks, controls and approved policies; ensure exceptions are appropriately governed.
- Orchestrate global, regional, market, IT and vendor partners with clear roles, deliverables, decision rights and escalation paths.
- Identify process, control and system gaps and sponsor scalable improvements across markets.
6. People and Team Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional team with clear priorities, accountability and performance expectations.
- Build capability in market engagement, change leadership, analytics interpretation, executive storytelling and program delivery.
- Provide coaching, feedback, development plans and stretch opportunities; build succession depth and retain diverse talent.
- Allocate capacity, sequence priorities and remove barriers so the team delivers with focus and quality.
- Lead through ambiguity and change with clarity, empathy, sound judgment and enterprise mindset.
