About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply chain professional to define & execute a multi-year transformation roadmap across GBS Supply Chain & Order Management for our Europe & MEA regions. This role leads the strategic partnership between GBS and our Business Units, establishing a clear operating model that strengthens ways of working, enhances customer satisfaction, and drives operational effectiveness.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation agenda for the Global Business Services (GBS) Supply Chain function across people, processes, and digital capabilities.
  • Partner with regional business teams, the Global Center of Excellence, and GBS capability teams to set priorities and deliver the roadmap.
  • Manage the strategic relationship with external service providers and oversee the operational performance of outsourced Order Management teams.
  • Lead the Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence framework across Supply Chain and Order Management processes, identifying and delivering opportunities to improve performance.
  • Define and implement a GBS service expansion roadmap that increases penetration of existing services across developed and emerging markets while introducing new capabilities.
  • Establish effective governance with regional business leaders to strengthen collaboration, accountability, and decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen business partnerships across GBS Supply Chain and Order Management, using established feedback measures such as Net Promoter Score and Partnership Sentiment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s (required) /Master’s (Preferred) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering.
  • 10+ years SCM experience Ideally in operational as well as transformational roles.
  • Functional experience in FMCG / CPG industry, multi-regional experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Order management, S&OP (IBP) & Logistics principles
  • Expertise in process improvement & strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of SCM software and analytics tools.
