This is a unique opportunity for an established infrastructure professional with a strong market presence, proven business development capability, and a passion for building client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in raising Gleeds' profile, securing new opportunities, and leading the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects across the region.
Why Hong Kong?
Hong Kong is one of Asia's most significant infrastructure markets, with continued investment across transport, aviation, utilities, major capital programmes, and sustainable development initiatives.
As Infrastructure Lead, you will be positioned at the centre of this activity, developing relationships with government authorities, transport agencies, developers, contractors, consultants, and investors. You will support both local growth and Gleeds' wider South East Asia infrastructure strategy, helping to identify opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and expand our regional presence.
Work at the Centre of Growth and Delivery
You will lead the development and execution of Gleeds' Infrastructure growth strategy in Hong Kong while working closely with the Growth Director - APAC to drive business development and market engagement activities to support the development of the South East Asia market.
From winning new commissions to overseeing project delivery, you will bring together commercial leadership, client relationship management, and strategic oversight to ensure successful outcomes for both our clients and our business.
Experience life in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong is one of the world's most dynamic international cities, offering a unique blend of global business, cultural diversity, and exceptional connectivity across Asia. From its iconic skyline and vibrant food scene to its extensive outdoor spaces, beaches, country parks, and hiking trails, Hong Kong provides an outstanding quality of life both professionally and personally. As a regional hub for infrastructure investment and development, it offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of some of Asia's most significant projects while building relationships across local and international markets. Joining Gleeds in Hong Kong is a chance to broaden your experience, expand your professional network, and play a leading role in shaping the future of our infrastructure business in one of the region's most exciting and influential markets.
Help Shape Gleeds' Presence in Hong Kong.
As Infrastructure Lead, you will be the face of Gleeds in Hong Kong's infrastructure market, leading client engagement, supporting major pursuits, and enhancing our reputation across the sector. You will play a key role in growing our local infrastructure capability, developing high-performing teams, and contributing to the continued success of Gleeds across South East Asia.
Lead Strategic Infrastructure Projects
You will provide leadership and governance across major commissions, supporting excellence in cost, programme, risk, and project management services.
Working alongside clients and delivery partners, you will help ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction, commercial performance, and long-term relationship development.
