  • Ensure cross-functional teams are prepared for key launch milestones and readiness reviews.
  • Partner closely with Global and U.S. teams to coordinate timelines, transition points, and interdependencies.
  • Continuously improve launch governance, planning processes, reporting tools, and operating cadence.
  • Collaborate with launch planning counterparts across Biogen North America to share best practices and maintain consistency in launch planning approaches.
  • Develop launch updates, readiness assessments, and strategic recommendations, ensuring key decisions, risks, and opportunities are proactively communicated to leadership

Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of launch governance, launch readiness processes, milestone planning, and cross-functional execution.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs with numerous stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong project management, risk management, and dependency management capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, facilitation, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across matrixed teams.
