At CluePoints, we’re redefining how clinical trials are run. As the premier provider of Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) and Data Quality Oversight software, we harness advanced statistics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of clinical trial data, helping life sciences organizations bring safer, more effective treatments to patients faster.

We’re proud to be an ambitious, fast-growing technology scale-up with a dynamic and diverse international team representing more than 20 nationalities. Collaboration, flexibility, and continuous learning are part of our DNA. At CluePoints, you’ll find a culture where you can grow, make an impact, and have fun along the way.

Guided by our values of Care, Passion, and Smart Disruption, we’re united by a shared mission: to create smarter ways to run efficient clinical trials and deliver AI-powered insights that improve human outcomes worldwide.

The Role

We’re looking for an Associate Director of Demand Generation to join our Marketing team and contribute to our mission of transforming clinical research through data-driven insights.

You will report to the VP Marketing and lead our demand generation engine, working closely with Sales, Commercial Operations and our agency partner to build qualified pipeline and new-logo opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
  • 8+ years in demand generation or performance marketing, including at least 2 years leading people or programs in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • A track record of owning marketing-sourced pipeline and qualified opportunity targets in a sales-assisted environment with complex buying cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce, including workflows, scoring, lead lifecycle and attribution.
  • Strong funnel analytics and budget management skills, plus practical examples of using AI or automation to improve results.
  • Experience managing digital agencies and coaching marketing team members, with strong stakeholder communication.
Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing clinical trial technology, eClinical software, CRO services or life sciences SaaS, and familiarity with RBQM.
  • Experience building a demand generation team and running programs across global or regional markets.
  • Familiarity with intent, enrichment and sales engagement tools, and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Turn go-to-market priorities into segmented demand plans, with defined audiences, channels, budgets and pipeline targets across our Strategic, Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
  • Build and optimise integrated campaigns across email, paid and organic search, social, content, webinars and events, working with our agency partner and the Brand & Content team.
  • Own marketing automation in HubSpot and work with Sales and Commercial Operations on lead scoring, routing and Salesforce integration, so handoffs to Sales run smoothly.
  • Own the demand generation scorecard and budget, reporting on qualified pipeline, conversion and cost per opportunity, and shifting investment based on results.
  • Lead our digital agency relationship, setting clear briefs, priorities and performance expectations.
  • Use AI and automation to improve how we execute, and recruit and coach a future Demand Generation Specialist.
What We Offer – United Kingdom
  • Private Medical Insurance through Vitality Health (full hospital cover, 24/7 GP, and therapy sessions)
  • Group Critical Illness Cover with Aviva
  • Life Insurance (death-in-service lump sum)
  • Pension Scheme with 9% employer contribution via Scottish Widows
  • Opportunities for professional development and sponsored certifications
  • A hub-based hybrid model that blends flexibility with purpose — connecting teams through collaboration, learning, and a vibrant social culture
