  • Build strong partnerships across Admissions, Student Life, the Career Development Centre, Faculty and other key stakeholders to ensure a connected and seamless student experience.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for student feedback, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and driving meaningful change. Be a trusted and accessible senior contact for students, providing guidance, coaching and support throughout their programme journey.
  • Coach students on academic, personal and programme-related matters, helping them navigate challenges and make informed decisions. Handle sensitive, complex or difficult conversations with students calmly, fairly and professionally, applying sound judgement and maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the successful management of a diverse and international student population across campuses and global study trip locations.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of programme management experience within an international, higher education or similarly complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of academic programme delivery, student services and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate across diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills, including French, would be advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with Canvas, PeopleSoft or equivalent systems is desirable.
  • Experience managing budgets and operational resources is an advantage.
  • Passionate about understanding the needs of students and stakeholders and delivering solutions that create meaningful impact. Take ownership, anticipate needs, and consistently strive to provide an outstanding experience.
  • Builds strong relationships across functions, cultures and perspectives. Fosters trust, encourages open dialogue, and works collaboratively to achieve shared goals in a highly international environment.
