This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping the future of Betches Media and propel the brand through its next phase of growth.

Description

Betches is hiring an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to bridge our Revenue, Finance and Operations teams. You'll own the weekly sales pipeline and forecast in close partnership with our FP&A lead, lead Boostr (CRM/OMS) enhancements so our products and data are built for clean reporting, and drive booked revenue forecasting and month-end revenue actualization for billing.

This role reports to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Pipeline, forecasting & reporting

  • Own the weekly (EOW) sales pipeline process end to end: data hygiene, stage definitions, rep accountability and the weekly readout to revenue and executive leadership.

  • Partner closely with the FP&A lead to align pipeline, booked revenue and forecast into a single view that Sales and Finance both trust.

  • Manage the booked revenue forecast, including weighted pipeline, risk and slippage assumptions, pacing against targets and variance explanations.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations for key revenue metrics — pipeline coverage, win rates, deal velocity, sell-through, pacing and forecast accuracy.

  • Translate the numbers into clear, concise insights and recommendations for leadership, not just reports.

  • Own the recommendations to each seller & SVP on the actions for their business based on insight gleaned from sales performance

Revenue close & billing

  • Own month-end revenue actualization: reconcile delivered vs. booked campaigns, capture under/over-delivery and make-goods, and hand clean actuals to Finance for billing.

  • Partner with Finance, Accounting and Client Success on the order-to-cash flow — IOs, POs, invoicing and final reconciliation — so billing is accurate and on time.

  • Track post-sale actualized margins against what was sold, flagging programs that are drifting.

  • In partnership with finance, track accounts payable and ensure timely collections

Systems & data (Boostr)

  • Serve as the business owner of Boostr (CRM and OMS), leading configuration, enhancements, integrations, permissions and user adoption.

  • Lead the rebuild of our product tree and standardized product-level taxonomy, so every product, deal and line item is structured for reporting ease and data visualization.

  • Drive data quality across systems: required fields, validation rules, naming conventions and regular hygiene audits.

  • Gather requirements from Sales, Media Planning, Client Success and Finance; document processes, use cases and system design so knowledge is accessible and scalable.

Revenue process & enablement

  • Design and standardize core revenue processes: deal desk, pricing approvals, margin templates and the pre- to post-sale handoff.

  • Support standardized product-level pricing and margin analysis for proposals and multi-million-dollar 360 programs.

  • Train and enable sales and account teams on systems, process and best practices; drive adoption and accountability.

  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies across the revenue lifecycle and lead the projects that fix them.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • One weekly pipeline and forecast view, agreed by Sales and Finance, delivered on a set cadence.

  • Forecast accuracy measured and improving, with documented risk and slippage assumptions.

  • Month-end revenue actuals delivered to Finance on time, with fewer billing corrections.

  • A rebuilt Boostr product tree and data standards that make product-level revenue and margin reporting self-serve.

  • Documented, adopted revenue processes from proposal through billing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations or commercial finance, ideally at a digital media, publishing, entertainment or ad-supported company.

  • Deep understanding of how media and advertising businesses make money: IOs, flights, delivery, make-goods, branded content, sponsorships and 360 programs.

  • Proven ownership of a weekly pipeline and forecast process, including risk-weighting, slippage tracking and forecast-accuracy reporting.

  • Hands-on experience administering and improving a CRM and/or OMS (e.g., Boostr, Operative or a comparable platform), including configuration, data structure, reporting and integrations.

  • Working knowledge of revenue recognition, billing and month-end close, and comfort partnering with FP&A and Accounting.

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling, pivots, lookups) and experience building dashboards in a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar).

  • A builder's mindset: you drive simple, scalable solutions to complex problems and look for ways to make good processes better.

  • Clear communicator who can explain complex data to sales, finance and executive audiences, in writing and out loud.

  • Organized and deadline-driven, with high attention to detail and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

  • Clear track record of deploying AI to streamline data & insights pertaining to sales success

(Nice to Have)

  • Direct Boostr administration experience.

  • Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP, and with CRM-to-ERP or CRM-to-BI integrations.

  • Experience building a RevOps or sales ops function from scratch, or rebuilding a product catalog and pricing structure.

  • Exposure to creator, talent, podcast or social-first revenue models.

  • Experience with marketing automation or sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot).

Compensation

The expected annual base salary for this role is $130,000 - $145,000. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation and offer package will include the following perks below.
