This role has the opportunity to be a remote or hybrid role, allowing you to work both in office and/or from home. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing their financial needs. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives. Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Assist in preparing for client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and ready. Conduct diligent follow-up after meetings to address any outstanding issues or questions. Financial Planning and Investment Recommendations: Collaborate with the advisory team to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' unique situations. Provide well-researched investment recommendations aligned with clients' objectives. Trades and Transactions: Execute trades and transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Stay informed about market trends and investment opportunities to provide informed guidance to clients. Deepening Client Relationships: Proactively engage with clients to deepen relationships, understanding their evolving needs and introducing additional services as appropriate. Prospecting and Marketing: Engage with referrals and your natural market to build a book of business. Qualifications: Book of business required. Five plus years of experience as a financial advisor. Hold a Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health licenses. CFP designation is a bonus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Compensation and Benefits: Base compensation starting at $70,000, commensurate with experience. Bonus opportunities based on performance.
