What we are looking for

Join our dynamic team as a full-time Associate Financial Advisor in a remote capacity. You will collaborate directly with a Lead Advisor at Endeavor Advisors to learn our robust planning processes and begin sitting in on meetings immediately. The purpose of this role is to prepare you to become a Lead Advisor at Endeavor Advisors, where you will benefit from our growing client base and long-term career path.

As a financial advisor at Endeavor Advisors, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive financial outcomes for clients while upholding our core value of service.

What you will do:

• Prepare for client meetings alongside your Lead Advisor
• Determine which types of accounts to open for clients
• Actively communicate with clients to request documentation, answer questions, and follow up after meetings
• Provide 401k recommendations for clients
• Become an expert in RightCapital, our CRM, and other software platforms
• Provide high-quality service to clients and Endeavor Advisors team members

What you have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Positive and professional attitude
• 2–5 years of experience in the financial planning industry
• Experience with Dimensional Funds is a plus
• Experience with RightCapital is a plus
• CFP exam passed preferred

• Competitive pay. Base salary range of $65,000–$85,000 with 15% bonus eligibility
