We view preventive health through an environmental lens: what goes into and around our living spaces directly impacts long-term health. Alongside our media engine, we operate an integrated direct-to-consumer commerce platform curating sustainable, non-toxic, and eco-friendly household goods—from green home essentials to low-waste living supplies—designed to eliminate environmental toxins and foster a resilient home ecosystem.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an associate founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who is energized by the intersection of media, sustainable commerce, and preventive health. As a technical co-founder, you will build and direct our technical infrastructure from the ground up, turning audience engagement into actionable intelligence while safeguarding all digital and physical assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Digital Platform & Sustainable E-Commerce Architecture:
* Architect, deploy, and maintain the custom digital platform powering our content hub and eco-friendly household goods marketplace.
* Optimize site performance, carbon-efficient digital hosting, checkout conversion, and supply chain integrations for our sustainable product catalog.
* Comprehensive Multi-Vector Security:
* Digital Web Security: Safeguard our e-commerce platform and user database with strict PCI-DSS compliance, zero-trust access controls, DDoS mitigation, and robust data encryption.
* Channel & Platform Integrity: Implement enterprise security protocols across our YouTube channel infrastructure, brand asset accounts, and social endpoints to prevent credential compromise and content hijacking.
* Physical Site & Studio Security: Oversee on-premise network architecture, smart access controls, surveillance systems, and media storage security across our physical kitchen studio and office space.
* Data Analytics & Consumer Intelligence:
* Build unified data pipelines linking YouTube audience telemetry, content engagement patterns, and e-commerce purchasing behaviors.
* Derive predictive analytics on consumer adoption of eco-friendly household products and correlate content themes (e.g., non-toxic living, preventive tips) with commerce conversion.
* Executive Leadership & Scaling: Partner directly with the founding team to define roadmap priorities, evaluate vendor and platform partnerships, and scale the technology organization as the brand expands.
Who You Are
* Technical Experience: Proven background in software engineering leadership (CTO, VP of Engineering, or Principal Architect), ideally with direct experience in modern e-commerce and media platforms.
* Multi-Domain Security Focus: Practical experience securing web applications, high-visibility digital media accounts, and on-premise physical IoT/studio infrastructure.
* Data & Analytics Competency: Demonstrated skill in architecting analytics pipelines, conversion tracking, and dashboarding across both content and commerce ecosystems.
* Mission Alignment: A genuine commitment to preventive medicine, non-toxic living, and eco-friendly consumer goods.
* Founder Mindset: Autonomous, resourceful, and excited to build an impactful lifestyle brand from zero to one.
