  • Process daily requests for application and system access; validate access-change requests from Human Resources; and grant or deny access according to employee job responsibilities and approved authorization.
  • Enforce company IAM policies and procedures, identify discrepancies between assigned and required access rights, and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Conduct recurring access reviews and audits to identify dormant, orphaned or inappropriate accounts and records, disable them and remove access as required.
  • Support IAM control activities across infrastructure systems using the enterprise IAM platform.
  • Manage Active Directory permissions through role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Manage access and rulesets for Microsoft 365 shared resources, including distribution lists, shared calendars and shared mailboxes.
  • Configure, manage and validate automated workflows in the IAM platform.
  • Manage the IAM Help Desk ticket queue from receipt through resolution, including ticket creation and updates, triage, troubleshooting, escalation, incident documentation and reporting, user communication, training and closure comments.
  • Participate in audits and risk assessments, identify potential access risks and threats, and implement approved remediation and audit recommendations.
  • Document and maintain IAM processes, procedures and repeatable workflows to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Help develop automated systems and strategies that reduce repeatable manual tasks while maintaining a secure environment.
  • Coordinate with IT Operations and IAM support teams on platform troubleshooting, application upgrades and product releases, including validating upgrade needs against release notes.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders across ACC and its business-partner community.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of evolving IAM practices and strategies, apply them to day-to-day work, and communicate relevant improvements to team members and leadership.
  • Support a 24x7 operational environment through scheduled rotation and on-call coverage for US nights and weekends, US and India holidays, incidents, critical production events and business-continuity needs.
  • Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
