We are looking for a full-time (40h/week)
What To Expect
Advising and supporting domestic and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law, including representation in court proceedings;
Providing legal advice to companies on all employment-related matters, from drafting employment contracts through to their termination;
Supporting the employment law aspects of M&A transactions;
Assisting with workforce restructurings and organizational changes in the HR area;
Drafting and reviewing legal documents;
Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions;
Managing and supporting court procedures and litigation workflows;
Collaborating with team members on complex cases;
Maintaining strong client relationships;
Keeping up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments;
Contributing to relevant publications and articles.
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law;
Membership in a local Bar Association (Türkiye);
2–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Labour Law (İş Hukuku) and/or Enforcement Law (İcra Hukuku);
Experience with court procedures, litigation workflows, and client representation;
Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken), additional language skills are a plus;
Strong legal drafting, document review, and legal research skills;
Practical understanding of dispute resolution processes;
Previous involvement in administrative procedures at courthouses or Enforcement Offices is a strong advantage;
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills;
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
