Senior Lawyer

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

· Drafting, negotiating and reviewing various contracts especially in Lending, Capital Markets and Banking Services

· Ensuring compliance with the Laws and Bank's various policies and procedures

· Preparing legal opinions and give legal consultancy related with regulatory and contractual issues

· Dealing with legal issues on core banking and lending/capital market products, payment systems and corporate banking

· Providing daily legal consultancy to the related business lines in scope especially to WB, FM, FI and TS departments

.Monitoring of Legislation Updates and preparing legal opinions on new issues, supporting legislation and corporate secretariat departments with legal expertise

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

· Law degree, lawyer’s licence and bar admission is a must, additional Master’s degree is preferable

· 2-6 years of related experience (preferably in banks, financial institutions or reputable law offices)

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish

· Experience on Core Banking, Lending Products and Electronic Banking&Payment Systems is a plus

· team-member, cooperation, AI tools usage affinity

· Must have advanced skills in communication, management, meticulous approach, high sense of responsibility and follow-up
