The Leading Hotels of the World is seeking an Associate Manager, Campaigns & Promotions to support the planning, development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across traveler and intermediary audiences. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Campaigns & Promotions, this role is responsible for building, deploying, and coordinating campaigns across LHW-owned marketing channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, loyalty, and revenue for member hotels.


The Associate Manager ensures campaigns are executed accurately, on schedule, and tracked aligned with campaign objectives, audience strategies, and commercial priorities.


This is a full-time position located in Paris. We offer flexible workplace policies that allow for working remotely 3 days a week and require being in our Paris office 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays).


Responsibilities


Campaign Development & Execution

  • Support the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, product launches, strategic partnerships, and seasonal activations across traveler and intermediary audiences.
  • Build campaign assets, customer communications, channel executions, and deployment plans across LHW-owned marketing channels.
  • Develop campaign copy, curate imagery, and prepare marketing content for execution, partnering with the Content & Creative Studio to develop new creative assets and specialized content when required.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, quality assurance, and launch readiness to ensure successful execution.

Campaign Deployment & Merchandising

  • Execute regional, hotel, and promotional merchandising across LHW-owned marketing channels, ensuring featured hotels, destinations, offers, and content align with campaign objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Build and deploy marketing campaigns across email, web, mobile, and other owned marketing channels.
  • Support the execution of LHW's Marketing Offers Program through campaign deployment, merchandising, and promotional activation.
  • Track hotel features, placements, and merchandising activity in Salesforce to maintain accurate records of hotel exposure across LHW-owned marketing channels and support member reporting and media value measurement.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, deployment schedules, and campaign documentation.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare campaign reporting across traveler and intermediary audiences.
  • Analyze campaign results, customer engagement, and channel performance to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support campaign testing, quality assurance, and post-campaign analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements to campaign execution, customer engagement, and marketing performance.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate campaign execution with Lifecycle Marketing, Brand & Communications, Content & Creative Studio, Digital, Strategic Programs, Hotel Commercial Marketing, and Commercial teams.
  • Support campaign planning meetings, project tracking, and cross-functional communications to ensure campaigns remain on schedule.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and marketing assets to support efficient campaign delivery.
  • Foster collaborative relationships that improve campaign execution and operational effectiveness.

Skills

  • Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution: Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, loyalty, and revenue.
  • Promotional & Go-to-Market Strategy: Experience developing promotional strategies, managing offer portfolios, and leading go-to-market initiatives across multiple customer audiences and marketing channels.
  • Campaign Development & Merchandising: Ability to develop campaign messaging, customer communications, merchandising strategies, and integrated marketing plans that deliver compelling customer experiences and commercial outcomes.
  • Content Development: Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to develop marketing copy, customer communications, and campaign content, while partnering with creative teams to develop specialized assets when required.
  • Cross-Channel Marketing: Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across owned digital marketing channels, including email, web, mobile, and emerging customer engagement channels.
  • Marketing Analytics & Optimization: Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes to drive continuous improvement and optimize marketing investment.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and build strong partnerships across Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Strategic Programs, and Creative teams.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, customer marketing, or promotional marketing.
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels.
  • Experience developing campaign content, customer communications, and merchandising strategies.
  • Experience working with marketing automation, email marketing platforms, content management systems, or digital marketing tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating campaign performance and recommending optimizations.
  • Hospitality, travel, luxury, loyalty, or other customer-centric industry experience preferred.
