An Associate Manager will play a key role in supporting entertainment and talent partnerships for HUNTER’s brand clients. The right candidate has an understanding of the entertainment and pop culture landscape, including celebrities, influencers, athletes, musicians, personalities, experts, tentpole cultural moments and events, with a passion to grow expertise in this space. Responsibilities Support talent strategy and execution for Agency clients’ entertainment and/or sports-focused campaigns. Participate in cross-functional internal meetings, client meetings, brainstorms, and ongoing strategy and planning meetings. Assist in talent casting process, including researching relevant names, vetting based on brand criteria, using relevant/proprietary talent evaluation tools, providing a point of view on talent recommendations with supporting rationale to inform casting decisions, and drafting client-facing talent casting documents. Support all aspects of program execution, including drafting talent-facing materials (shot lists, social calendars, run of shows), coordinating logistics, facilitating talent approvals, tracking budgets, and monitoring/tracking program results. Maintain internal project trackers and program assets. Support planning for and staffing of client events, as needed. Stay current on relevant entertainment news and events, monitor industry trends and source opportunities for agency clients. Support overall team functions with administrative tasks, such as coordination of meetings, taking notes during client meetings, saving and organizing of documents, updating templates, media monitoring, etc. Ability to: Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal communications with internal teams and external partners Manage multiple projects at a time Meet deadlines and actively communicate progress and deliverables Learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment Learn and utilize talent evaluation tools (e.g., E-Score, Creator IQ) to analyze talent fit, provide rationale, and inform casting decisions Have flexibility in daily tasks to adapt to last-minute requests Follow through on assigned tasks with attention to detail and strong organizational skills, completing work to a manager-ready standard Work collaboratively with the team in the office and in other locations Qualifications B.A. in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a public relations, brand marketing, advertising or talent agency Located in either New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA Experience working with talent (talent casting, vetting and research, agent outreach, negotiations, seeding efforts, on-site talent management) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Compensation In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this role is $60,000-$70,000.
