The Associate Manager, National Field Programs will p artner with the Manager, National Field Programs to support the execution, communication, deployment, and optimization of National Field Programs (NFP) and Local Store Marketing initiatives. Serve as a liaison between Field Marketing, Operations, Integrated Marketing, agency partners, vendors, franchisees, and field teams to ensure successful activation of marketing programs, resources, and platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support execution and deployment of National Field Programs, activation window initiatives, and local marketing strategies. Develop and execute franchisee and internal communication plans, including activation calls, training materials, launch communications, and program updates. Coordinate development, collection, organization, and deployment of program toolkits, playbooks, one-sheeters, creative assets, and field marketing resources supporting activation windows and local marketing initiatives. Partner with approved agencies and internal stakeholders to develop creative assets and marketing materials supporting National Field Programs, activation windows, and local marketing initiatives. Serve as the primary business partner for HubKonnect and Local Store Marketing ecosystem support, training, adoption, and coordination. Collaborate with internal partners to upload, maintain , and distribute marketing assets, promotions, program materials, and resources for system-wide access and utilization . Coordinate training, communications, and support for field marketing platforms and resources. Develop presentations, updates, materials, activation recaps, and after-action reviews. Coordinate monthly and quarterly reporting, performance summaries, participation metrics, and program insights. Support implementation of new processes, tools, and field marketing initiatives designed to improve execution and adoption. Support field readiness by coordinating asset distribution, training resources, platform updates, and program deployment requirements across cross-functional teams. Support local media requests, fundraising platform initiatives, and field marketing support requests. Oversee maintenance of marketing resources, content libraries, assets, and platform materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees, field teams, agency partners, and vendors regarding National Field Program initiatives and Local Store Marketing resources. Partner cross- functionally to support field marketing projects and business priorities. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 4-6 years of field marketing, franchise marketing, local marketing, brand marketing, or related experience. Experience managing multi-market marketing programs and initiatives. Experience working cross-functionally with franchisees, operations, vendors, agency partners, and internal stakeholders. Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise marketing experience preferred. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES: Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience developing communications, presentations, training materials, creative assets, and marketing resources. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing technology platforms. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. Ability to travel domestically up to 20% as business needs require. PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES: Experience supporting field marketing programs within the restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise industry. Experience with HubKonnect , Local Store Marketing platforms, loyalty programs, CRM tools, or related marketing technologies. Experience with budget tracking, invoice processing, and program reporting. Experience working with agencies, media partners, promotional vendors, or creative partners. DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY: Empowered to make recommendations to the Manager, National Field Programs regarding program deployment, communications, process improvements, field resources, and optimization opportunities. Empowered to approve routine communications, training materials, and operational processes within established guidelines.
