About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the team

The Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) Events team brings the Executive Meeting Suite to life at Salesforce’s strategic events, including AMER World Tours, TrailblazerDX, Tableau Conference, Connections, and Dreamforce, as well as the company’s meeting motions at the World Economic Forum in Davos and the Festival of Creativity in Cannes. The SIC Events team drives high-impact executive engagements at these events by connecting Salesforce execs and experts with customers and partners to build trusted relationships, while driving deal momentum and meaningful business outcomes for both sides.

About the role

This Associate Manager is the lead for the SIC Events Process and Tech workstream, working side-by-side with our SIC Global Programs Office to craft and manage the step-by-step process for delivering meetings, as well as building the tools and enablement to support that process. This work underpins the SIC team’s ability to complete 6,000+ meetings at events each year by building efficient and effective infrastructure for workflowing meetings step-by-step, including all of the comms and app rigor steps that ensure a smooth onsite experience and maximum Marketing metric impact from the engagements. This role also enables and provides real time help for 100+ meeting owners flexing in for event meeting delivery across proprietary and third party events. In addition to the workstream lead role, this role is also a key support resource for our SICs/Meetings at Events Demand Generation, Queue Management, and Reporting workstream lead, helping with list and report builds/asks from stakeholders and reg data, campaigns and SIC records and reports auditing to ensure we fill our pipeline with the highest potential meetings and that we clean/analyze data for accuracy/max impact. This role supports the overall SIC Events team FY28 MDP goal of $356M MDP, and like all SIC Events team members, this person will also be a meeting delivery machine, individually completing 250+ meetings and driving $15M+ in MDP each year.

Responsibilities

  • Process Documentation: Author and continuously refine the Step-by-Step process for Meeting Delivery Owners, collaborating with the wider AMER Events team and cross-functional team meeting owners. Apply structured thinking to process strategy, streamline steps/statuses/comms wherever possible, and write clear, actionable comms in a highly collaborative, iterative environment.

  • RainFocus Operations: Provide RainFocus with the completed input guide to build the scheduler per event, align globally on process updates, submit ET3 tickets for all requests, and consult and review on enhancements including Org62 Integration.

  • Meeting Channel & Workflow Support: Help maintain and improve the meeting-delivery channel setup and underlying workflows, partnering with the SIC Global Programs Office to troubleshoot issues and refine processes over time.

  • Enablement Support: Assist with onboarding / enablement content creation, building enablement canvases, documentation, and instructional videos while partnering with the outgoing SIC Global Programs Office through Dreamforce.

  • Feedback/Innovation: Regularly request and action feedback from meeting owners on our collaborative processes, tools, comms and enablement to ensure we retain their support and constantly innovate for productivity and efficacy.

  • Reporting: Manage the SIC Report Hub, help build lists / reports and associated self-serve guides for others to utilize, triage custom report asks from stakeholders.

  • Auditing: Provide support for auditing reg and campaign data, as well as SIC records to ensure accuracy and max impact from our efforts.

  • Meeting Delivery: Complete up to 200+ meetings annually on top of the PM work above.

  • Onsite support: Travel to approximately 6-8 events per year to staff the Executive Meeting Suite, and embody executive-level professionalism in every customer and partner interaction.

Requirements

  • Experienced. 3-5+ years of experience in Meeting and/or Event Coordination, Executive Briefing Programs, Field Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Customer Centric. Brings a customer-first mindset to working with internal and external stakeholders, with strong attention to detail across every aspect of the customer experience.

  • Data Driven. Ability to pull data from Salesforce systems to report out to stakeholders and to analyze it to provide insights that lead to actions to continuously improve the program.

  • Detail Oriented. Able to review large lists and reports and spot trends and inconsistencies that might need to be addressed. Able to manage a large meeting queue and ensure all details are buttoned up and all app rigor steps completed.

  • Excellent Communicator. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and engages confidently with executive customers and stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of partners.

  • Execution Focused. Able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and programs independently. Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Executive Presence. Demonstrates polished, professional demeanor in high-stakes, customer-facing settings; comfortable engaging and hosting C-suite executives and senior leaders with confidence and poise.

Preferred skills
