Build a strong understanding of end-user needs, market trends, competitor activity and commercial performance to identify growth opportunities and where-to-play/how-to-win choices. Lead the end-to-end innovation process for the assigned segment, working closely with RD&E to identify, prioritize, develop and deliver NPD and EPD projects through the stage-gate process in line with business goals. Develop segment-specific value propositions, messaging and claims for innovation and portfolio priorities in partnership with RD&E, Regulatory, Legal and commercial teams. Translate segment strategy into strategic campaign briefs, messaging frameworks and marketing materials. Support segment training and capability building across sales, marketing and customer teams to drive understanding and consistent execution.
