  • Analyse data and recommend studies, countries and sites for prioritised reconciliation review in consultation with management.
  • Evaluate current operational workflows and identify opportunities for optimisation, standardisation, automation, and digitisation.
  • Support development of future-state operational models for site payment management and reconciliation processes.
  • Identify and implement agreed improvements to efficiency, payment transparency, compliance and data integrity.
  • Lead and support change management activities associated with evolving operational processes and technologies.
  • Prepare and maintain activity plans, timelines, trackers, documentation and stakeholder communications for assigned initiatives.
  • Track milestones, deliverables and risks; escalate delays or resource constraints promptly.

Data, Systems & Innovation

  • Lead and contribute to ongoing SPR tool enhancements, including business requirements, functional improvements, testing and implementation with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams on data mapping, integration, data quality validation and reconciliation logic to improve system accuracy and reliability.
  • Review and analyse reconciliation results to identify payment discrepancies, data issues, emerging risks and opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting and automation solutions using Power BI, Smartsheet, AI platforms and other digital tools to improve efficiency and oversight.
