- Manage portfolio performance across engagement scope, budgets, fees, work in progress, recoverability and write-offs.
- Lead, coach and develop team members while overseeing workflow, resource allocation and capability development.
- Apply advanced technical expertise, provide quality assurance and manage client, engagement and delivery risks in accordance with professional standards and firm requirements.
About you

- Extensive experience in chartered accounting, taxation and private business advisory at Senior Manager, Director or an equivalent leadership level.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex engagements and a portfolio of private business clients.
- Proven people leadership capability, including coaching, developing and overseeing professional staff.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience contributing to business development, referrals, professional networks or the expansion of existing client relationships.

Our History
In 1885, a committee of business and professional people, including future Prime Minister, the Honourable Sir Edmund Barton, gathered in Sydney for the purpose of forming a trustee company. Perpetual Trustee Company Limited was formed on 28 September 1886 and since then has been entrusted by generations of Australians to manage, grow and protect their wealth.
Through wars, recessions and financial crises, we have continually evolved to meet the challenges of constant social, technological and economic change. Our core values and financial principles have endured through time and will continue to endure.
