Associate Power Platform Developer

Associate Power Platform Developers work with a technology solution team to design, develop, test, implement, and support software solutions to capture data and enable process automation through configuring and customizing enterprise software applications using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. Key Responsibilities Essential Functions: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and design technical solutions that will meet quality needs for security, scalability, reliability, usability, and accessibility. Participate in demonstrations and discussions of solutions and platform capabilities with clients and prospective clients. Collaborate with team to develop, test, and implement technical solutions using configurations and low-code solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio in an agile development process. Follow development standards for solution design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation and work with team to continually refine and improve those standards. Perform testing for solutions to ensure releases meet standards for efficiency, quality, security, and reliability. Provide maintenance and technical support for enterprise applications in accordance with organizational standards and service-level agreements. Keep up with industry trends and learn new technologies as needed to meet company needs, including leveraging AI capabilities. Position type Full time Job Qualifications Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline or equivalent work experience. Experience: 2+ years of experience in designing technical solutions and administration of enterprise applications or a similar role. Skills and Qualifications: General understanding of database and software development concepts. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing conditions. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
