Associate Process Specialist - Supplier

Reports to: Team Lead or Manager – Supplier Operations

Position Overview:

An entry-level position focused on assisting with the collection and entry of lead time data from suppliers. This role supports the broader procurement and supply chain functions by ensuring baseline data accuracy and learning key systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Request and receive basic lead time information from suppliers.
• Assist in validating and entering lead time data by part number.
• Maintain records of communications and updates in internal systems.
• Learn and apply Digi-Key’s data protocols and tools (WinDECS, Sigma).
• Support team with documentation and data clean-up tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Basic Excel knowledge (data entry, formatting).
• Willingness to learn systems, terminology, and supplier communication.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
