Associate Product Manager

Role Description

This is a remote, part-time contract-to-hire opportunity beginning in September 2026. The initial engagement runs through December 2026 and averages up to 12 hours per week ($30/hour), with the opportunity to transition into a larger long-term role as EVOLVRS continues to grow.

As one of our earliest product hires, you'll work directly alongside the Founder & CEO to help shape the future of Signal and the broader Behavioral Intelligence platform. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone early in their product career who wants far more ownership than a typical Associate Product Manager role. You'll contribute to product strategy, customer discovery, feature planning, testing, documentation, and product launches while collaborating closely with engineering, research, design, and customer success. Because we're an early-stage company, your work won't get lost in layers of management—you'll see your ideas influence the product, our customers, and the company's future direction.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership to define product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct customer and user research.
• Help prioritize product features and roadmap initiatives.
• Coordinate product releases with engineering and design.
• Test new functionality and document product behavior.
• Analyze customer feedback and product usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain product documentation and internal knowledge resources.
• Support cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
