Powered by LOIS , the Legal Operating Intelligence System, Filevine connects context across every matter to transform legal operations from reactive to proactive. Fueled by a team of exceptional collaborators and innovators, Filevine’s rapid growth has earned AI awards and recognition from Deloitte and Inc. as one of the most innovative and fastest-growing technology companies in the country. Role Summary As an Associate Product Manager , you will play a hands-on role in shaping the feature-level execution of our AI tools and platform initiatives. Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years of experience in software product management, APM roles, or closely related positions (e.g., Business Analyst, Product Owner, Implementation Specialist) in SaaS. Education: B.S. or M.S. in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Domain Interest: Interest in legal tech, generative AI, or complex workflow automation (prior experience in Legal Tech, Depositions, or AI products is a bonus, but not required). Agile/SDLC Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles and modern backlog management tools (e.g., Jira). Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Comfort working with user feedback and basic quantitative data to prioritize work and solve complex logic problems. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on translating business needs into clear technical documentation.
