What We are Looking For: The Associate Project Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid technical understanding particularly in Python-based AI/ML workflows and automation. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client requirements, identifying technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver efficient, data-driven solutions. This is a dynamic position that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Communicate the progress of production, quality, and resourcing initiatives to all relevant internal stakeholders. Serve as liaison between the client and our Service Operations team to ensure successful delivery of customer projects. Proactively manage client communications and expectations to ensure client satisfaction in partnership with internal teams and be responsible for associated client retention, adoption, growth, and satisfaction goals. Manage and deliver work for various projects, provide reliable information in accordance with agreed plans and schedules, and handle minor project escalations. Analyze project and performance analytics to support Service Operations teams. Provide internal stakeholders with transparent and attentive project management support covering production and quality management. Participate in training of team members, providing constant feedback on their performance and where necessary, coaching to close performance gaps. Identify potential value additions and/ or areas of work we can target for the client with the justifiable business impact of the proposed solution. Maintain operational and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in data center operations management and developing a strong working knowledge of Quantigo AI products and technologies. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience coordinating projects and managing the team is a must. S/he must be confident in working in a fast-paced tech startup. You must be fluent in English. Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations and meet the expected goals. Good project management skills and the ability to pay attention to qualitative and quantitative trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management. Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership experience; the ability to develop and coach a team. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to details. Passionate, highly self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic team player.
