Project and Program ManagementJob Description:
Performs routine assignments using existing procedures within a job discipline to solve routine or standard problems and generally receive instruction, guidance and direction from more experienced colleagues or supervisors. The position may require a degree, formal education, or relevant prior work experience.
This level may include individuals in entry level roles, typically graduates.
Leads or coordinates projects and programs from initiation through completion, overseeing planning, resourcing, staffing, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful delivery. Manages project progress, risks, and issues, and provides regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure outcomes meet agreed requirements for scope, quality, reliability, timeline, and cost.
Coordinates cross‑functional teams, resources, and, where applicable, suppliers or subcontractors, and monitors performance against plans. Identifies and recommends adjustments to schedules, budgets, or resourcing to address changing requirements or risks, ensuring projects and programs are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives.
