Associate Project Manager (Contract)

Location: [Hybrid / Lansing, Michigan] Rate: $45/hour (1099) About the Role We’re looking for an Associate Project Manager to support and drive project execution across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who can manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger initiatives led by senior team members. Responsibilities Support end to end project delivery from kickoff through completion Manage timelines, task tracking, and coordination across teams Lead smaller projects or workstreams with minimal oversight Provide status updates, reporting, and communication to stakeholders Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables stay on track Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and drive follow ups
