  • Monitor change activities and documentation workflows to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation required for audits, inspections, and record retention.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in shared services, business process outsourcing (BPO), administration, quality support, document control, or related business operations.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing documentation, records, data accuracy, or process-related transactions.
  • Written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work a fixed night shift schedule in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in quality systems, document control, records management, or compliance-related functions.
  • Experience supporting customers or stakeholders in a global organization.
  • Experience within a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, or life sciences.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, or manufacturing documentation.
  • Exposure to Bill of Materials (BOMs), item masters, Design History Files (DHF), Device Master Records (DMR), or similar controlled documentation.
