Associate, rating

The role We are seeking a Senior Surveyor or Associate to join our market leading Rating team based our London office. You will provide rating advice to a broad range of clients including Landlords, occupiers, investors, and developers. Ideally you will have prior transferable experience and will be looking to further grow and develop their career within Rating. This is a key role and an opportunity to develop and play a major part in the expansion of the London team. Responsibilities To work with clients and to provide bespoke appeal and mitigation advice to a wide range of clients across a broad spectrum of properties To manage and grow your own client base and to develop excellent business relationships with new and existing clients To assist with and provide rating advice to occupier, developer, and landlord clients through all stages of the property cycle including challenging assessments through the CCA process, advising on empty rates, payments and other areas including completion notices. To work with a wide range of clients to provide bespoke appeal and mitigation advice across a broad spectrum of properties. To integrate fully in the wider business network and to develop relationships with key service lines including Agency, Investment and Development to promote the team and leverage opportunities
