Title: Associate Recruitment Consultant Location: London Compensation: £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission Schedule: Mon/Thurs: 10am-7pm Tues/Wed: 10am-8pm Fri: 1pm-5pm (Wed and Fri are WFH after your first few months) Join JCW's Growing London Office We're expanding our team of Recruitment Consultants across US banking & finance, regulatory & insurance, legal, and quant markets. You'll begin by supporting experienced recruiters, focusing on sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for active roles with the opportunity to grow into a 360° consultant position over time. Many of our team members come from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, and our structured and intensive training program equips them with the skills to thrive in this fast-paced, relationship-driven industry. What You'll Be Doing Partner with senior recruiters to identify and engage mid-to-senior-level candidates across specialized US markets. Build strong relationships with candidates while learning the fundamentals of recruitment and market operations. Support business development activity and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Earn uncapped commission on successful placements. Why Join JCW?
