At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.
We are seeking an Associate Relationship Manager EMEA and APAC Opt-In Litigation Services to join our growing Global Class Actions team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert supporting clients through each stage of the opt-in class action process while driving operational excellence, team development, and strategic direction.
The role requires a commercially minded, client-focused leader who can manage complex regional portfolios, navigate time-sensitive opportunities, and translate detailed litigation and securities-market requirements into a clear client experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end client service delivery across the opt-in lifecycle, from pre-announcement case setup through client registration, follow-up, and ongoing case updates.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; establish clear ownership, promote accountability, and support consistent delivery against service standards.
- Manage regional client and project portfolios, ensuring that deadlines, communications, service levels, escalations, and client expectations are handled effectively.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, law firms, litigation funders, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with legal advisers and litigation funders to understand case offerings, assess loss methodologies, resolve questions, and support successful client outcomes.
- Contribute to department strategy, reporting, governance, thought leadership, and development of a scalable operating model for opt-in services.
Service delivery and operational leadership:
You will provide leadership across the service-level framework for opt-in opportunities, helping ensure a controlled, timely, and client-focused process from intake through registration. At a high level, this includes:
- Overseeing case intake, quality assurance, case records, case memoranda, and announcement readiness.
- Ensuring timely client announcements, data requests, client alerts, and follow-up communications, including updates where case terms or deadlines change.
- Managing data receipt, extraction, validation, anonymisation, reconciliation, and exception handling before information is shared externally.
- Supporting timely engagement with law firms and litigation funders, including due diligence, damages analysis, and client-alert preparation.
- Overseeing client-query handling, registration-document preparation, supporting-document requests, and submission of completed materials.
- Maintaining clear escalation processes for incomplete case information, missing or rejected data, client delays, external-party delays, and filing or registration deadlines at risk.
- Driving visibility through central deadline tracking, pipeline reviews, dashboard reporting, KPI monitoring, root-cause analysis, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, client service, and project management, with a record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience managing complex client relationships and project portfolios across multiple regions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and public-speaking capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic, proactive, and collaborative leadership style, with a commitment to team and organizational success.
