Associate Sales Support Specialist - US Shift

Impact In This Role: As an Associate Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our U.S. sales team with administrative tasks, CRM management, order processing, and internal coordination. You will also interact directly with customers via email, chat, or phone to assist with inquiries, provide updates, or resolve minor issues. Work Hours: 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday (aligned with US Central business hours) This role follow a hybrid work schedule - 3 nights in office, 2 nights remote Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo) with accurate sales data Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support the sales cycle Track order statuses, follow up on pending documentation, and support reporting needs Manage sales documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with basic product information, order updates, and support requests Escalate complex issues to relevant team members while maintaining clear communication Build rapport with customers and represent the company with professionalism and warmth Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Preferred: Familiarity with U.S. business practices and customer expectations Basic understanding of sales funnels and B2B or B2C sales processes What We Offer: Competitive compensation Opportunity to work with a U.S.-based team and grow professionally A collaborative and supportive team culture Performance-based bonuses (where applicable) Perks and Benefits Transportation and Food facility for NA support Annual leave, paid sick and Casual leaves Team celebrations And much, much more!
