As an Associate / Senior Associate, you’ll manage your own practice with support from senior lawyers and work closely with clients, colleagues and legal support staff. You’ll also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to strong client and referral relationships.

• Manage new and existing client matters and help resolve complex legal issues.

• Uses sound judgement and takes a practical, solution-focused approach.
• Is organised and able to manage competing priorities across a busy practice.
• Takes responsibility for client matters while seeking guidance from senior lawyers when appropriate.
• Supports the development of junior colleagues and legal support staff.
