Jesteśmy wiodącym doradcą finansowym w zakresie fuzji i przejęć (M&A) w sektorze odnawialnych źródeł energii (OZE). Specjalizujemy się w technologiach takich jak: systemy magazynowania energii (BESS), fotowoltaika (PV) oraz energetyka wiatrowa lądowa. Zamknęliśmy do tej pory kilkanaście transakcji, w tym największe transakcje na rynku w Polsce i CEE. Działamy jako część międzynarodowego, ponad 60-osobowego zespołu z biurami w Londynie, Madrycie, Mediolanie, Singapurze, Warszawie i Stanach Zjednoczonych. Do naszego warszawskiego zespołu szukamy ambitnej osoby, która wesprze nas w prowadzeniu transakcji M&A na rynku OZE w CEE

Twój zakres obowiązków:

• Aktywne wsparcie zespołu w procesach doradztwa transakcyjnego w sektorze OZE w Polsce i w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej, w tym przygotowywanie kluczowej dokumentacji transakcyjnej (memoranda informacyjne, teasery, modele finansowe)
• Udział w procesie business development (identyfikacja projektów i deweloperów działających w sektorze OZE, przygotowywanie ofert dla potencjalnych klientów)
• Poszukiwanie i identyfikacja potencjalnych inwestorów
• Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z inwestorami
• Udział w konferencjach i eventach branżowych
• Współpraca z zespołami JLL E&I działającymi na innych rynkach (Wielka Brytania, Hiszpania, Włochy)

Nasze wymagania:

• Min. 2 lata doświadczenia w transakcjach M&A, doradztwie finansowym lub konsultingu (mile widziane doświadczenie w firmie BIG4)
• Doświadczenie w modelowaniu finansowym (mile widziane w projektach OZE lub infrastrukturalnych)
• Biegła znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności umiejętność tworzenia zaawansowanych modeli finansowych w Excelu
• Dyspozycyjność w pełnym wymiarze godzin
• Znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2+) oraz języka polskiego
• Rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne, w tym wyszukiwanie i synteza informacji
• Umiejętność efektywnej pracy zespołowej i skutecznej komunikacji
• Umiejętność zarządzania czasem i pracy pod presją
• Proaktywność, kreatywność i zdolność rozwiązywania problemów

Mile widziane:

• Doświadczenie w sektorze OZE lub w projektach infrastrukturalnych
